Warren Tierney (Favorite Son)
Warren Tierney (Favorite Son) is honored to be taking on this show with this incredible group of performers. Past credits include Footloose (Willard), School of Rock (Ned Schneebly), Newsies (Darcy/Mugsy), Hair (Woof), Dog Sees God (CB), Reefer Madness (Ralph) and Bare (Matt). He would like to thank the production team for putting all of this together, as well as this stellar cast for all of their hard work! As always, this performance is dedicated to Carol Tierney and Linda Yearsley, and a special dedication to Mike Sherwood.
Sage Schiffer (Alysha/Heather US)
Sage is thrilled to perform in her first show at Cultural Arts Playhouse and first musical in over 12 years. Most recently, she played Sooze in South Shore Theatre Experience's production of Eric Bogosian's SubUrbia. Additionally, she has previously played roles in Jailbait, Almost, Maine, Little Shop of Horrors and four shadowcasts of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, including once as director. Sage would like to thank her father, Kent, for inspiring her lifelong love of Green Day, as well as all of her family and friends for their continued support of her theatrical endeavors. She would also like to thank CAP Syosset for including her in her dream show!
Chrissy Ganci (Alysha)
Chrissy is grateful to be back on stage after taking some time off to stage manage and direct. Chrissy has been lucky to be part of the CAP family for about 10 years now. She is so grateful to be doing what she loves along side such wonderful friends. She would like to thank Dom, Joe, Yesenia, and Mario for this opportunity and for their hard work and her family and friends for their support. She would like to dedicate her performance to Mike Sherwood, Long Island Theatre’s biggest supporter. May he rest in paradise.
Isabella Andrade (Ensemble)
Isabella Andrade, (ensemble) is a sophomore musical theatre major at Long Island University. Select productions include American Idiot (Whatshername), Mean Girls (Regina George), Matilda (Ms.Honey) & Guys and Dolls (Sarah Brown). This is her 3rd time doing American Idiot and she could not be happier. She would like to thank her friends and family for their support and she hopes everyone enjoys American Idiot
Andrew J Koehler (Ensemble, Nightmare of East 12th Street)
Andrew is stoked to be returning to one of his favorite shows. Past credits include; Amélie (Dufayel/Collignon), bare: a pop opera (Alan), RENT (Gordon), Jesus Christ Superstar (Caiaphas), Evil Dead (Ed/Moose), Into The Woods (Baker), Hedwig (Ernst, the Non-Speaking NYU Intern). Kenny Lieberman (Ensemble)
Kenny Lieberman is excited to be playing the role of Ensemble in American Idiot and can't wait to rock out with everyone! He most recently performed as a member of the Tribe in Hair at Cultural Arts Playhouse Syosset. His other credits include Shrek in Shrek The Musical, King Louie in The Jungle Book, and Gus in Cinderella.
Aslan “AJ” Bagley (Ensemble)
AJ (he/him) is thrilled to be in another show at CAP! He’s an actor, playwright, and junior at NYU Tisch where he studies drama! Some of his favorite past roles include Tribe/Hubert in Hair here at CAP, Al in A Chorus Line, and Leaf in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. He’s so grateful for this opportunity to share the stage with some of his favorite people! Enjoy the show!
Ethan Thomas (Ensemble)
Ethan is thrilled to be making his second musical appearance, following his debut last fall in the Herricks Players production of Fiddler on the Roof (Mendel). Ethan is a Software Developer originally from Winter Haven, Florida, currently residing in Oyster Bay. He thanks his family for their continued support, and he thanks the American Idiot production team for their patience and professionalism. He hopes you have the time of your lives!
Frankie Bertelle (Ensemble)
Frankie Bertelle is making his way back into the theater world after 14 years. Starting with Alice By Heart and now American Idiot. A big advocate for community and positivity, he hopes to lead in an example of good showmanship and camaraderie amongst cast and friends.
Joey Colavolpe (Tunny)
Joey is ecstatic to join this cast of American Idiot as Tunny. Recent roles Joey has played include: Peter(Jesus Christ Superstar), Woof(Hair), and Frank Jr(Catch Me If You Can). Some of his favorite roles include Peter(Bare), Frankie Epps(Parade), and Leading Player(Pippin). Learning this show/character has been a fun challenge for Joey, and he’s super excited for everyone to enjoy the show!
Elizabeth Anglim (Ensemble)
Elizabeth Anglim (Ensemble) is beyond excited to be in American Idiot! This is her 4th time being in it! Some of her credits include Maureen (Rent), Linda (Evil Dead), Jeanie (Hair) and more! She’d like to thank the production team for an awesome experience. Enjoy!
Stephanie Giles (Ensemble)
Stephanie Giles is a BFA acting major at Adelphi University. American Idiot is her first CAP production, and she is a member of the ensemble. Notable acting credits include Eurydice (AU), Puffs (NCC), and The Lightning Thief (NCC).
Alessandra Horvath (Ensemble)
Alessandra is very excited for her first show here at CAP! Her other notable roles include Annie (Annie), Little Red Riding Hood (Into the Woods), Anna (Spring Awakening), Margot (Legally Blonde), and Judy (9 to 5). Alessandra hopes to keep doing shows at CAP and possibly direct her first show one day! She would like to thank her family, friends, and all who supported her throughout this show!
Danny Bae (Ensemble)
Danny Bae (he/they) is incredibly excited to be in American Idiot with this talented cast of idiots! He wants to thank the production team for giving him the chance to be a part of some of the most fun he has had on stage. Joe Thomas (Tunny)
Joe Thomas is very excited to be taking on the role of Tunny in CAP’s production of American Idiot. This is Joe’s 3rd time in American Idiot, and first time serving as stage manager. Stacy Martinez (Ensemble)
Stacy’s excited to be part of her second show here at cultural arts playhouse! Stacy has done theatre since elementary school and continues to share her love for it wherever she can. In her free time, she loves to play piano and guitar, write music, and ride her bike. Stacy would like to thank the production team for this opportunity and their amazing effort and dedication, the cast for welcoming her with open arms, and everyone who came to see American Idiot!
Jessica Pecorella (Ensemble)
Jessica is thrilled to be returning to the Main Stage in this production of American Idiot! Recent production credits include Jesus Christ Superstar, Annie, Hairspray and Matilda. Jessica would like to thank her production team for the opportunity and the push out of her comfort zone, and her family for always believing in her. It’s never too late!
Nicole Gonzalez (Whatshername)
Nicole is so exited to be back as Whatsername in this production of American Idiot! American Idiot is one of Nicole’s favorite shows and she’ll never miss the opportunity to be a part of it! Some roles she’s played are Meredith Parker (Bat Boy), Beth March (Little Women), Maureen Johnson (Rent), Erzulie (Once on this Island), and Sheila Franklin (Hair). Nicole would like to thank the production team for giving her the chance to be a part of this amazing production and for letting her be her favorite role again! MAKE LOVE NOT WAR!!
Zane Daniel Walden (Johnny)
Zane is thrilled to be making his CAP debut! He’s ecstatic to be returning to Suburbia as Johnny after a long hiatus! Favorite credits include: Roger in Rent (Theatre Row); Moritz in Spring Awakening (Forager Theatre Company); and a small stint on Saturday Night Live. He’d love to thank the production team and his lovely cast for being so gracious and patient as he navigates “MY LEG” as well as his mother, Grey Dogs, Jojo, and Dagmar for all the love they have to offer. VIVA LA REVOLUTION!
Matthew Imperio (Favorite Son)
MATTHEW IMPERIO is making his CAP debut in “American Idiot” as the role of Favorite Son. Past credits include “Grease” (Vince Fontaine), “Into the Woods” (Narrator/Mysterious Man), “Jesus Christ Superstar” (Peter), “Godspell” (John/Judas) and “Pippin” (Lewis). Huge shoutout to Dom, Yesenia, Mario and Joe for their persistent hard work and dedication to this production! It is a dream to be alongside this incredible cast and make this bucket list of a musical come to life! (Also cannot forget Dance Captains Sam and Warren! You guys rock!)….Can I get another Amen? Sam Naso (Extraordinary Girl/Ensemble/Dance Captain)
Sam Naso (Extraordinary Girl/Ensemble/Dance Captain) she/her is thrilled to return to Cultural Arts Playhouse! Earlier this summer she made her CAP debut in Hair as Jeanie/Ensemble. Sam is also a wig, hair and makeup designer whose work has been seen at CAP, on regional theater stages and at New York Fashion Week. Marissa Marinick (Whatshername)
Marissa is super stoked to be making her Cultural Arts Playhouse debut as Whatsername! This will be her fourth time in a production American Idiot and her second time as Whasername. Other credits include Catherine (Proof), Heather (American Idiot), Linda (Evil Dead), Fräulein Kost (Cabaret), Bill/ Waitress (All In The Timing). She would like to thank everyone in her life for supporting and believing in her! NOW WHO IS READY TO RAGE?!?

Spencer DeStefano (St. Jimmy)
Spencer DeStefano is super excited to be returning to the CAP Syosset stage as St. Jimmy with this talented cast. After missing this production last time due to having to move to Iowa and paint himself blue every day for three months (that's real) he's super excited to finally be able to play the role! His past credits include Ash (Evil Dead: The Musical), Matt (Bare: A Pop Opera), and CB (Dog Sees God: Confessions of a Teenage Blockhead). He also starred as Taylor in Jimmy Fallon’s Tonightmares by NBCUniversal and took on the role of Fish Master Mu at Lost Island Theme Park.

Domenick Napoli (Director/St. Jimmy)
Domenick Napoli is ecstatic to be back in the saddle as the Director of this production. This is his 2nd time directing the show, 2nd time playing St. Jimmy, and 9th time performing this show. American idiot truly holds a special place in his heart, Green Day has been Domenick’s Favorite Band for as long as he can remember. Past Directorial credits include American Idiot (2024), Bare: A Pop Opera, All Shook Up, and Shrek. Past Performance Credits include Quasimodo (The Hunchback of Notre Dame), Robbie Hart (The Wedding Singer), Drew (Rock of Ages), and Roger Davis (RENT). Domenick would like to thank his Production Team, Mario, Yesenia, Joe, and Sydnee, for all of their hard work and dedication to the show. He would also like to thank the whole cast for trusting him and his vision and being so collaborative. And a special shoutout and thank you to Sam Eagle, for her unwavering support and help through the entire process. I love you.
